Administrator / Rota Coordinator
Doncaster, £22,000 - £24,000 PermanentPyramid8 are working with and NHS Client in Doncaster for a Rota Coordinator / Rota Administrator to manage and allocate shifts for the services provided in the Doncaster Area. They are looking for an excellent communicator with strong organisation skills to work in a fast paced environment.
Our client provides a range of services to support the local communities, looking at innovative ways to develop its workforce.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to build rapport and relationships with their corporate team, member practices, board of directors and their workforce which is developing and growing.
The role will require you to undertake various duties, including.
- Production of rotas for the services provided by the client which reflect their needs in accordance with their service requirements including the Enhanced Access Service in an accurate and timely manner
- Offer general and operational assistance to the Service Delivery Team to support the Service Delivery Manager
Coordinator rota management for the services delivered by the provider
- Shift allocation of available workforce within the agreed framework ensuring action is taken to fill vacant shifts
.Agenda coordination and minute taking of meetings as required
- Answer incoming telephone calls, redirecting where appropriate, taking and passing on messages
