Salary: £19,500 depending upon experience
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to work for a well-known Solicitor’s based in the Leeds city centre. They are a dedicated Law firm that deal have many offices in Morley, Batley, Birstall, Cleckheaton and Brighouse and the Leeds city centre.
The Conveyancing Secretary role:
• Dealing with Case Management Systems
• General administration duties
• Answering the telephone
• Conducting searches,
• Typing various letters
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers and estate agents
• Assist case handlers
• Audio typing and word processing
• Dealing with banking and payments
Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 9.00am-5.30pm Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.
