Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic and innovative clinical homecare organisation, providing high quality medication dispensing, delivery and patient support programmes for a range of therapeutic areas and a diverse patient population.
As a Customer Care Advisor / Customer Service Advisor, you will receive support, encouragement and a comprehensive induction programme to ensure delivery of the first class service that is required of this role.
Customer Care Advisor / Customer Service Advisor - Job Purpose:
•You will be providing professional and accurate telephony services to clinics, patients and healthcare providers in line with standard operating procedures.
•Processing orders and arranging deliveries while demonstrating consistent excellent customer care skills.
•Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording account information.
•Dealing with customer complaints warmly and professionally to reach a positive resolution.
•Contacting customers or clinics via email to resolve product or service problems.
•Contribute to exceeding KPIs by accomplishing related results set down by your manager.
What you will be responsible for:
You will be working within our pharmacy customer care team, ensuring accuracy when dealing with customer enquiries and arranging homecare deliveries in line with protocols and confidentiality guidelines. You will actively follow and promote standard operating procedures and Company policy to ensure patient safety at all times.
What qualities you will have:
You will be self-motivated and have a dynamic approach with a strong desire to learn. You must have experience working within a customer care environment and should be well organised, IT literate and be able to be flexible to meet the needs of all customers.
