Pyramid8 are working with an online retail business that are looking to expand their customer service team due to growth this is a part time position based in Normanton.

Our client is one of the UK’s leading online retailers of cosmeceutical skin care products that was established in 2005.

This is a pert-time role, the hours are: Monday 08:00 - 17:00, Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 and Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

The role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Responsible for advising customers on their skin care needs including; taking orders over the phone and responding to customers via email. Working as part of the team to input orders, deal with returns and manage stock.

  • To assist customers with taking orders over the telephone, processing orders, and responding to customers via email
  • To deal customer returns quickly and effectively
  • To process general admin duties
  • To deal with customer complaints in a professional, efficient way
  • To work with other team members and to maintain a professional and positive image at all times
  • To support other areas of the business with picking, packing and putting stock away if required

Experience required:

· Customer service experience via telephone and email

· Experience of general office administration duties

· Experience of working with Apple Macs and Microsoft Office

· The ability to multi-task and work under pressure

· Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

· A well organised individual with good time management

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Enthusiastic, quick to learn, ambitious, self-motivated, have the ability to work well in a team and show considerable initiative

· Ability to manage your own time and cope with a varied workload is important

· Flexibility in terms of role, supporting the wider business and working hours

Desirable:

· An interest in skincare and cosmeceutical products

· Knowledge of skincare and ingredients

· Experience of using eCommerce admin systems such as Shopify & Dispatch Cloud

· Experience of social media within a business environment
