Pyramid8 are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join the Customer Service team. 

Our client is a worldwide business and supplies bespoke equipment into retailers and they are a leader in their sector.

We are looking to speak to candidates from a customer service background with a knowledge of data entry.

This is an exciting role for someone that has experience in administration and is interested in learning and growing with a business.  Training will be given.

Duties and responsibilities:

Liaising with customer via email and phone
Updating system (data entry)
General administration tasks
Providing excellent customer service
Working closely with a small team
Liaising with other parts of the business oversees

Required skills:

A proven track record of customer service/administration
Computer literate and knowledge of SAP
Be comfortable with incoming and outbound calls
Be able to work under pressure
Be comfortable working alone and as part of team
