Our client is a growing company in the Healthcare / Medical markets. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

You will be required to provide an efficient and confidential level of administrative and customer service support:

• General order processing
• Answering calls to deal with customer queries and passing to appropriate department
• Ability to multi-task, dealing with queries from a number of Healthcare organisations
• Problem solving

Customer Service Advisor attributes:

• Good customer service skills
• Well organised
• Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft packages
• Positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional

This role is to start immediately.  Full time role  - 7.5 Hours per day.
