Pyramid8 have some fantastic opportunities for Customer service advisors to join their client in Wakefield (Pontefract).

This is very much a customer service role, no sales involved, but high call volumes and we are looking to speak to highly confident, customer focused candidates that are looking for a new challenge with amazing benefits.

Benefits include bonus for hitting KPI’s, loyalty bonus and higher rate of pay for over time and weekends.  Saturdays at 1.5 and Sundays x 2.

This role will include a Saturday OR Sunday shift, but this is on a rota basis and will be around 15 over 52 weekends in the year.

The role:

  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Dealing with customer queries and updates
  • Updating internal CRM system
  • Delivery updates
  • Contacting customers regarding repeat orders
  • KPI on calls and call quality
  • High volume calls
