Wakefield, £25,000 - £29,000 PermanentPyramid8 are looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager for a provider based out of Wakefield.
With genuine career progression on offer, our client is looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, proven experience working in the domiciliary care sector and has the determination and drive to further develop a talented team.
The role would be perfect for someone who is already working as a Deputy Manager or a senior support / Care worker who is looking to progress their career.
As they are a family centred business, you will be fully supported by hands-on directors and will also have the opportunity to shape the service as you wish.
Duties will include: -
- Maintaining a high-quality service will working in partnership with colleagues to manage and support all services
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of the service
- Ensuring compliance with company development and training, supervision, probation and appraisal policies
- Support with business development opportunities
- Liaise and build relationships with professional organisations
The ideal candidate will have: -
- Recent experience as a deputy manager of a domiciliary care service
- Will ideally be qualified to at least level 4 or will be currently studying your level 4 or 5 through your current employer
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and inspections
- Excellent knowledge of delivering a domiciliary care service
- Flexible worker
- A valid UK driving licence
