Dispatch Administrator (Part time)

We are currently recruiting for one of our clients based in the Normanton area who specialise in shopfitting products and materials.

Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Dispatch Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.

The Dispatch Administrator role:

• Answering the telephone
• Reception duties
• Filing
• Giving drivers their paperwork
• Scanning documents onto the computer, ordering stationery, coffee machine refills
• Ad hock administration duties

You would also cover dispatch:

• Logging all deliveries onto a courier system

There will be training given, but ideally someone who has worked in a similar environment would be preferred but not essential.

Working hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm working at least 4 hours per day. Flexible working.
