Temporary to permanent. Hours of work: 10am – 7pm and a weekend rota

Our client is a leading equipment manufacturer based near Castleford who are looking for some support in their service department. They are looking for a Hire Desk Controller / Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:

•    Running of Key Accounts
•    Produce and maintain a manual complete contract file
•    Liaise with transport department 
•    Create and post invoices to sage
•    Deal with customer queries
•    Manage occasional loan vehicle that are hired
•    Check off daily hires


•    Customer service skills is essential 
•    Excellent administrative experience
•    Organised
•    Efficient with Microsoft Office
