Pyramid8 are looking for a PA/Office Manager for their client in Batley who is looking to manage the administrative side of the business for a small team of 3 Directors.

Do you have audio typing experience and looking for immediate work in the WF area?

This role will be predominately supporting the surveyors with typing reports but will also include some general administration work and Office Management.

I am looking to speak to PA’s or candidates with experience of Audio typing.

Full time – 37.5 hours per week - Hybrid

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Audio typing from Dictaphones or virtually
  • Compiling reports
  • Answering the phone
  • Letter writing
  • General administration
  • Diary Management
  • Submitting invoices
