Part time options are:

• 16 hours (weekends) 11.30am - 10.00pm.
• 23.5 hours Monday-Thursday 6.00pm - 10.00pm + 2.00pm - 10.00pm Saturday.

These hours can be flexible for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Incoming calls from existing customers
• Updating client’s records
• Building rapport and maintaining relationships with clients
• Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively

Requirements:

• Customer service skills are essential
• Organised
• Proven track record of building rapport
• Good attention to detail
• Efficient with Microsoft Office
