Registered Manager required for established leading Care Service Provider in North Leeds area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Registered Manager for a Residential / Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities, who has a passion for delivering excellent high quality Complex Care. You will have overall responsibility for the effective running of the Service ensuring service users are placed at the heart of everything - developing and delivering strategic plans to become outstanding.

My Client has delivered Residential / Supported Living Care services across the Leeds for over 30 years.

They support a number of residential services in the Leeds area from 16 – 5 bedded for individuals with learning disabilities. You will have an extensive background in working with individuals with complex needs and deliver person centred support to service users.

The role will require you to be registered with CQC as a Registered Manager, you will be accountable for service compliance and the growth of the business. Candidates must be in possession of Level 5 and be a car driver.

The person we are looking for this role will have:
 

  • Level 5 Qualification linked to Health and Social Care
  • Considerable experience at senior level of running and managing a Supported Living / Residential home
  • Experience on delivery excellent safe Care Services
  • Managing all aspects of Complex care provision
  • Proven Track Record of growth
  • Managing Complex Clients in the community
  • Attending MDT meetings
  • Working with clinical teams to delivery Nurse Delegated interventions in the community
  • Experience in Compliance
  • Supervision of all staff with the ability to motivate
  • Detailed knowledge of CQC Standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines/targets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to use IT packages such as Excel, Word
  • Excellent Attendance and Punctuality
  • Flexible Approach
  • Car Driver with access to a vehicle for work
