Sales Account ManagerNormanton, £21,000 Permanent
Salary up to £21K + Commission
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
A driving licenses and car is essential. This is a customer facing role. Mileage of course can be claimed back.
Our client is looking for a talented individual with proven sales experience to join their business as a Sales Account Manager / Field Sales Executive and actively sell their services.
You will be dealing with a mixture on inbound enquires as well as generating your own sales pipeline and will enjoy a great deal of autonomy to be able to set your own agenda, travel where you need to & close those all-important deals.
Knowledge of Marquees or the wider events industry is preferable but not essential.
You will have Monthly & Quarterly sales targets to achieve and will be provided with the resources in which to achieve them.
You need to be capable of planning your own week and thinking outside the box. We are looking for someone who is really hungry for sales and to succeed.
You will be somebody who enjoys a basic level of salary but who lives for the extra earnings they can potentially make through our commission scheme.
As well as selling you will also be managing some existing accounts / projects and helping out with general office admin.
Key responsibilities of the role:
-To manage inbound enquiries coming into the office in conjunction with the managing director and produce detailed quotations, floor plans and site visits.
-Developing your own pipeline of outbound sales by targeting local authorities, B2B and B2C
-Work towards sales targets and be heavily motivated in achieving your goal. Pulling out all the stops!
-Proactive in setting your own agenda for the week and managing your own diary.
-Helping project manage existing projects & events
-Helping with general office admin tasks.
