This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a market leading manufacturer with an extensive history. This position is through growth and is one of several roles that the company is current bringing in.

The Role:

• Database management including client and employee data entry
• Handle customer queries
• General administrative tasks including filing and scanning
• Managing inbound customer queries
• Maintain strong knowledge of product portfolio

Experience Required:

• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and excellent telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Strong IT Skills including MS Office
