Our client is a unique organisation who work with a number of Healthcare companies, including the NHS, to look at developments and innovations for improvement.
They are a rapidly growing and developing organisation who have plans over the next 5 years to grown further, as so they need to be an efficient and effective organisation in all their support functions and this is why they need your experience in corporate services.
The newly created role of Operations Manager / Corporate Services Manager will manage a number of key internal activities and develop and promote innovative ways of working to their embed culture to help us meet organisational objectives.
As an Operations Manager / Corporate Services Manager, you must have experience of large-scale office management and be used to dealing with a number of office functions such as facilities management, IT, data protection, health and safety and procurement processes.
You must be able to work in an organised manner, have exceptional communication skills and be able to build strong and effective working relationships both within the organisation and externally. Taking the lead on information security, data protection and health and safety, you will embed safe and secure methods of working throughout the organisation. Your attention to detail must be second to none, troubleshooting will be a key skill and you’ll be used to managing a team.
