Senior Conveyancer
A licenced Senior Conveyancer with over 15 years’ experience including management positions. She is currently looking after a caseload of 50 but has previously managed 100-125 files regularly and 175 at the peak. She enjoys the variety of conveyancing and has experience in transfer of ownership, unregistered land, remortgage, new build, freehold and leasehold, auctions, and transfer of parts. She has excellent communication skills and likes the client contact elements of her role. She is looking for a salary of £37,000.

Fee Earner Conveyancer
A Fee Earner Conveyancer with around 4 years’ experience managing her own caseload ever since she started in conveyancing and regularly manages over 70 files. She has relocated to West Yorkshire at the beginning of the lockdown and is looking for a new role in Leeds. She is currently furloughed but there is little opportunity to progress in her current firm. She has covered freehold and leasehold as well as new build, plot purchase, help to buy and a mix of both residential and commercial property. She is looking for a salary of £30, 000.

Newly Qualified Solicitor – Family Law
A newly qualified Solicitor with a passion for Family Law. She has recently moved from Birmingham to Leeds and had secured a new position prior to the lockdown but unfortunately was not applicable for the furlough scheme and so was made redundant. She has experience in trials, children, injunctions, divorces and legal aid. She has handled divorces from start to finish, has shadowed barristers and represented clients in injunctions. She is very eager to learn and enjoys family law because it has links to so many other areas of the law such as employment and immigration. She is looking for a salary over £30,000.

Newly Qualified Solictor – Clinical Negligence
A newly qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence. She has handled a caseload around 50 including delayed diagnosis, lack of insurance, GP claims, and fatalities. She has experience working to court deadlines and drafting court documents, as well as preparing witness statements and instructing Counsel and medical experts. She is looking for a salary around £30,000.

Litigation/Personal Injury Solicitor
A qualified solicitor with over 4 years’ experience in civil litigation and personal injury claims. He has managed a caseload of over 150 files from start to finish and his cases are evenly weighted between PI and civils. He has worked on fast track and multi-track, EL/PL, RTA and industrial disease including NIHL as well as dispute resolution, clinical and professional negligence, debt claims and disease and illness claims. He is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop and a salary around £34,000.

Litigation Assistant
An experience litigation assistant with over 7 years’ experience in mortgage debt and repossessions. He has covered title checks, issued proceedings, court orders, and conducted hearings. He has strong organisational and communication skills and regularly liaises with, clients, borrowers, courts and solicitors. He is currently facing redundancy and is looking for an opportunity in a similar legal assistant position. He has a current salary of £22,000

Civil Litigator
A Civil Litigator with over 10 years’ experience as senior solicitor and partner. He has a wealth of experience in RTA, EL, PL, and CICA claims ranging from volume cases to £0.5m injury cases, with experience in cases in excess of £1m. He has experience in private prosecutions including trials within Crown Courts and Magistrates. He has dealt with many complex and difficult cases across PI, Civil and Commercial Litigation including dispute resolution. The majority of his work has been claimant with some exposure to defendant work. He is immediately available and looking for a salary over £60,000.

Conveyancing Fee Earner
A Conveyancing Fee Earner with over 3 years’ experience covering residential conveyancing. She is currently looking for an opportunity to grow and develop with a particular interest in new build conveyancing having had some exposure to this area already. She has dealt with remortgages, Transfer of Equity, title checking, freehold and leasehold and manages cases from start to finish. She is looking for a salary around £30,000

Solicitor
A qualified Solicitor with over 8 years’ experience PQE including civil litigation and personal injury. She has a managed caseloads of upwards of 200 cases and has covered both fast track and multi-track case, as well as OL, PL, and EL, Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. She is seeking a salary of £35,000.

Newly Qualified Solicitor
A newly qualified Solicitor with around 4 years’ experience in Personal Injury claims including Public Liability, Employer Liability and RTA cases. She has managed caseloads of circa 200 cases. She is currently available without notice period as she has not been entered into the furlough scheme. She is looking to grow develop and diversify her knowledge and experience. She is seeking a salary around £28,000.

Locum Solicitor
An experienced locum Solicitor to top tier firms covering over 9 years litigation experience. He has worked civil and personal injury claims including RTA and catastrophic injury. He has success won cases in excess of £400,000 and managed over 250 case files from start to finish. He is looking for a permanent position for stability and to plan his future and is looking for a salary between £45,000 and £50,000.

Trainee Solicitor
A trainee solicitor with around 5 years legal experience as a fee earner managing up to 200 cases at a time handling both litigation and pre litigation defendant claims. She has experience in Fraud, Property, Cost, and Motor litigation. She has covered technical multitrack catastrophic injury cases and is looking for a salary around £40,000.

Property Solicitor
A qualified Solicitor with over 6 years’ experience in residential property. She has managed a caseload of around 200 files including sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold, and new build properties. She has also covered unregistered property, remortgages, title checking, help to buy and transfer of equity. She is used to managing her cases from start to finish. She is looking for a salary over £35,000.

Paralegal
A motivated, well organised and driven Paralegal who is looking for their next role to develop their career. She has experience in Equity and Trusts, Presentation Skills in Practice, Tort Law, and the Law of the European Union. She is an excellent, ambitious candidate with fantastic communication skills and in committed to delivering high quality work from inception to completion. High attention to detail and good use and knowledge of Microsoft packages and internal systems. In her current role she manages over 800 case files. She is looking for a salary over £20,000.

Paralegal
A paralegal with around 4 years’ legal experience including fast track and multi-track industrial disease and litigation cases on both claimant and defendant. She has managed over 150 open matters. She has experience in drafting defences, claim forms, witness statements, acknowledgement of service, and directions questionnaires. She is a bright, enthusiastic, and ambitious and they are very keen to now accelerate their career and seeking a salary over £22,000.

Office Manager
A highly experienced Office Manager and PA with over 20 years’ experience within property and construction sectors. She has managed over 18 staff and has extensive training in many areas, some of which include IT Support / Assistance, Mobile Comms Support/Assistance, OVIS Update Training, OVIS Database Training, Quality - BS5750 and SAGE Accountancy. She is looking for a salary over £30,000.

Administrator
An experienced administrative professional with experience in data management, compliance, and archiving. He has fantastic attention to detail, time management and has covered invoicing, financial forecasting data storage and file retention. He has managed administration teams as well as holding customer facing positions, providing support within professional settings including courts and tribunals. He is currently facing uncertainty in his role given the current climate and is seeking a new opportunity to advance his career. He is looking for a salary in the region of £25,000.

Secretary/Executive Assistant
A highly experienced Secretary and Executive Assistant with experience within legal, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors. She has built a strong career providing support to managing directors and department head and has experience in managing teams, office, and HR functions. She is a highly skilled administrator with strong communication, organisational, planning, and multitasking skills. She has an excellent grasp of software packages as well as the ability to work to deadlines in highly pressured roles. Following redundancy, she has been working fixed term contracts and is looking for a stable long-term position with a salary of £30,000.

Conveyancing Assistant
An accomplished and experience Conveyancing Assistant with over 5 years’ experience across commercial, residential and new build. She has covered remortgaging, titles, property reports and searches. She has experience in Help to Buy, reviewing sources of funds, stamp duty land tax returns, part exchange transactions, and contract exchanges. She is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop and has a particular interest in new build but is flexible. She is looking for a salary over £24,000.

Fee Earner - Clinical Negligence
A Fee Earner with over 5 years’ experience in professional and clinical negligence cases, including dental, oncology and birth defects. He has managed caseloads from start to finish and has excellent client management experience. He also has experience in EL and PL claims. He is due to qualify within a few months and is looking for a salary around £30,000.

Newly Qualified Property Solicitor
A newly qualified Property Solicitor with over 5 years’ experience across both commercial and residential property. She has managed her own caseload of around 80 cases from start to finish. She has covered bridging loans, freehold and leasehold, new build development projects, shared ownership and help to buy. She also has experience in occupancy leases, acquisitions and rent deposit deeds. She is looking for a more structured environment in which to progress her career and a salary over £30,000.

Newly Qualified Family Solicitor
A newly qualified Family Solicitor with experience in divorce, injunctions, children contact, mediation, finances, and enforcement proceedings. She has covered drafting legal documents including witness and position statements, divorce petitions, annulments, judicial separation and non-molestation order applications. She has attended court to a represent client n financial dispute resolution, pre-trial, first direction, and non-molestation order hearings. She is looking for a salary from £35,000.

Junior Litigation Executive
An experienced Junior Litigation Executive who has worked across both public and private sector and has covered both residential and commercial property, personal injury, industrial disease, civil litigation, and employment law. They have experience as a fee earner and covering high volume caseloads of over 180 files. He is looking for a salary over £30,000.

Junior Litigation Executive
An ambitious and driven junior Litigation Executive who is at the start of their career. He has experience within in litigated fast track personal injury claims, liaising with barristers, medical experts and clients. He has experience in preparing trial bundles and providing legal advice. He is looking to grow and develop and a salary above £19,000.

Trainee Solicitor
A Trainee Solicitor with experience across commercial property, commercial litigation, employment, and private client law. She has covered preparation of Wills, codicils, Letters of Wishes, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She has a background as a paralegal covering clinical negligence claims and has also covered probate forms from start to finish. Her training contract is coming to an end in August with her qualification due in September, she is open to salaries.

Newly Qualified Solicitor
A recently qualified solicitor who is currently facing redundancy due to a downturn in work within his firm. He has one and a half years PQE with experience including work in the early stages of professional negligence claims as well as defendant work across complex commercial and mortgage cases. His legal experience covers industrial disease, employment law, and personal injury. He is looking for £36,000.

Trainee Solicitor
A young and passionate trainee solicitor who is a fee earner with over three years’ experience in RTA cases. He has managed his own case load from start to finish and has covered client billing and negotiation as well as document draughting. He is looking for £28,000.

Paralegal
Working her way up from paralegal to trainee solicitor, she has a fantastic background in corporate law and commercial law. She has a wealth of experience managing contentious pension claims. She has managed personal caseloads of 150 and overseen the work of other paralegals to manage over 1000 cases at any one time. She has experience in litigation as well as high level corporate tax claims. She is seeking a salary over £40,000.
