Pyramid8 is supporting this established family run firm, with the addition of an experienced Administrator.  Proudly entering 5 decades of the design and production of various products for the pet industry, manufactured in its own Yorkshire based factory.    

Due to continued expansion, this role has been created to help support Directors with their increased administration workload, to allow them to concentrate on business tasks.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the business and overhaul all systems, processes and procedures and seek ways to be more efficient and streamlined.  This is an autonomous role, where you will be proactive in seeking ways to help support the business with a variety of administrative tasks.  You will use a variety of spreadsheets, overlooking buying, stock control, spends and client information.  These products are sold directly to distributors and not to the end user.    

To be considered, you will have demonstrable administration experience, whilst not a prerequisite, it would be beneficial if you have set up processes/procedures at previous firms.  As this is an autonomous role, you will be able to work independently, be a forward thinker and commercially aware.  You must have a keen eye for detail, be able to keep systems updated regularly and be a competent user of Microsoft packages.

In return, you will receive a basic salary to £25K, free on-site parking, along with company benefits.  The office opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, these hours are office based, however they can be flexible and offer full time or part time working.
