Pyramid8 is supporting a leading automotive organisation for a number of Administrators to work across different organisational departments. This is a fast-paced role working for a growing organisation.

Working as part of a team, where you will be proactive in seeking ways to help support the business with a variety of administrative tasks.  You will use a variety of spreadsheets, updating information, chasing documentation and updating company and client information. You will be dealing with internal and external information and attention to detail is highly important.


  • Experience in an Administrative Role
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work
  • Ability to work independently, be a forward thinker and commercially aware.
  • You must have a keen eye for detail, be able to keep systems updated regularly and be a competent user of Microsoft packages.

Experience in The Automotive Industry is beneficial but not essential
