Pyramid8 are delighted to be supporting an award winning, growing training company, due to company growth, they are looking to expand the business with two Administrators.

Main responsibilities of the Administrator role:

  • To review and input relevant data onto various databases to meet contractual requirements.
  • To provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business.
  • To support staff as and when required in general admin duties such as photocopying and answering the telephone.
  • Process learner starts.
  • To input all enrolment and sign-up information.
  • Review and accurately input learner documentation and data.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records.
  • Accurately close and store learner records securely.
  • Maintain reliable and accurate learner records.
  • Filing and general day to day office administration duties as directed.
  • Ad Hoc duties as requested from management.


To apply for the role you must:


  • Have experience working in an office environment (essential).
  • Have good understanding of IT systems.
  • Have good organisational skills.


In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £23.5K. Working Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm finishing at 4.30am on a Friday. This vacancy is a permanent fully office-based role with a company that offer great benefits.
