During your on-call weekend you will be required to attend the farm 8:00am – 12:00pm on the Sunday to oversee the dispatch of produce.  This is a full time and permanent opportunity, as the main area of produce is seasonal, annual leave will be on a restricted basis, to a maximum of 4 consecutive days, for three summer months (Jun - Aug).  We can consider those individuals that may lack work experience but have a true desire and ‘fire in the belly’ to learn, progress and develop across many business areas, or you will be an experienced individual within fresh produce production or transportation.  As such, the salary range is from £20K - £27K.  You must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
