Pyramid8 are recruiting for a Brand Ambassador / Customer Service Host for a leading car organisation based in Leeds. You will be the face of all events and play an active part in building customer relationships. You will have an interest in cars and be professional and well-presented with the confidence to provide excellent customer service face to face and over the phone.

Duties

Playing a full and active part in the day to day running of the organisations front of house operation, the meeting areas and showroom environment, including:

Welcoming all guests, building a genuine rapport, anticipating their needs and responding both efficiently and professionally

Courteously greeting visitors and employees and catering to their requests and needs

Handling telephone enquiries, answering and forwarding phone calls politely and efficiently to appropriate individuals and departments

Supporting the sales and commercial team to deliver an extraordinary customer handover experience for those customers and VIPs collecting vehicles on-site through your knowledge of the company, its products and services and an unparalleled level of customer service, including:

  • Handling all events and meetings, showroom support, updating and maintaining the business diary along with other customer service and brand related duties.
  • Scheduling meetings and event bookings, taking care of all hospitality and customer service related matters
  • Supporting arrangements for on-site handovers for employees, customers and VIPs
  • Collaborating on events management in the Showroom
  • Collaborating to track showroom entries/exits in coordination with sales team.
  • Promptly reporting sales opportunities and critical issues to the commercial team.

Experience

  • With previous experience in a customer service environment
