This is a new role based on growth of the business over the last 18 months. They are seeking a creative, proactive, and commercially minded Digital Media Coordinator to take ownership of their digital presence and help drive the brand, engagement, and growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to work closely with the management team, shape the firm's digital strategy, and play a key role in strengthening our market presence, employer brand, and online engagement.
The Role
As Digital Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the firm's digital media and social engagement strategy. Working closely with senior leadership and colleagues across the business, you will create compelling content, manage digital channels, enhance our employer brand, and identify opportunities to strengthen our online reputation and visibility.
You will take ownership of the firm's digital channels and be a key contributor to our ongoing marketing and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Strategy
- Lead and deliver the firm's digital and social media strategy.
- Manage all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create, design, and schedule engaging content across platforms.
- Run campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and report on key metrics.
- Identify emerging trends and new digital opportunities.
- Manage paid social campaigns to support brand and recruitment goals.
Employer Brand
- Develop and strengthen employer brand.
- Position LinkedIn as a key platform for talent attraction and engagement.
- Create content showcasing our people, culture, values, and achievements.
- Deliver employee advocacy initiatives to extend reach and visibility.
Website & Digital Presence
- Own the day-to-day management of the company website.
- Keep website content accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Recommend and implement website and user experience improvements.
- Support digital initiatives that enhance visibility and engagement.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work with colleagues to identify and develop compelling content opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to enhance the firm's digital presence.
- Take ownership of digital channels and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, reputation, and growth.
About You
- Experienced in social media and digital marketing, ideally within a professional services, legal, or corporate environment.
- Confident producing engaging written and visual content across multiple channels.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experienced in website management, CMS platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledgeable in SEO, paid social media, and employer branding (desirable)
