Pyramid8 are currently working with a Global business that are looking for a 1st and 2nd line support technician to grow the team.

This is very much an IT Technician role, and we are looking to speak to candidates that have experience in an IT support role with a proven track record of Windows 10.

The role will include dealing with internal users in America, France, Spain and the UK.

The role:

  • 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Event Management: Monitor notifications and events generated by automated systems and act as required when events/notifications occur.
  • Incident Management: Incident logging, triage, and assignment. Manage the Incident to resolution internally and in conjunction with 3rd parties, keeping ITSM ticketing up to date to point.
  • Patch Deployment: Assist in the deployment of monthly security patches to Microsoft servers.
  • Change Management: Support and participate as required in all Change Management Activities
  • Request Fulfilment: Processing and provisioning end-user access to internal and 3rd party environments.
