Litigation Solicitor

My client is looking for a full-time Litigation Solicitor, with 3-10 years PQE to take on our general litigation department.
 
The current caseload is wide spread. The successful candidate must have experience with commercial litigation, which includes property & land disputes, landlord & tenant, as well as debt recovery, contentious probate, employment law and contractual and consumer disputes.

The successful candidate will have autonomy of the cases and be comfortable working independently without micromanagement, although the Head of Department is available for support and guidance where needed. The candidate will be keen to continue the growth of the department and there is scope to shape their caseload and specialise.
 
There are also opportunities for becoming Head of Department, and potentially Partnership in time, for the right candidate.
 
The role could be hybrid after a period of probation, but would be best suited to being in the office full time, due to the nature of our business and clientele.
