Pyramid8 have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a manufacturing organisation who are the largest of their kind in the UK. They are a fast-growing global organisation with offices all over the UK, Europe, and the rest of the World.

You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Marketing and other members of the marketing team to implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.

We are looking for a friendly and versatile marketing professional, who is highly organised and self-motivated, with an excellent eye for detail, a creative mindset and a proven track record in both traditional and digital marketing, particularly within a B2B environment.

Role Requirements:

  • A Marketing related qualification, preferably a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a marketing team with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach to marketing challenges.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • A creative mindset – generating innovative ideas and content to effectively market our products.

Duties & Responsibilities

This is a varied role that requires a highly organised Marketing all-rounder, with experience across all areas of the Marketing Mix

  • Marketing Administration - You will help manage inbound enquiries from the company website, internal requirements for marketing collateral and general marketing requests and queries.
  • Brand Management - You will help uphold the company’s brand image through ensuring consistent signage and messaging across all company sites, which will involve travelling to sites within the group as and when required.
  • Content Creation: You will develop engaging and relevant content for marketing material including website content, blogs, brochures, presentations, newsletters and social media.
  • Event Co-ordination – You will help plan, organise and co-ordinate participation in industry events and trade shows, along with co-ordinating marketing materials, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. You will also be required to represent the Group at events and shows where appropriate.
  • Awards & Sponsorships – You will be involved in planning relevant industry awards to enter, submitting entries and communicating our success internally and externally.
  • CSR Initiatives – You will work with the marketing team on communicating our sustainability achievements and corporate social responsibility initiatives across the group sites and local communities.
  • Internal Communication – You will assist in compiling newsletters and other initiatives across the group to keep employees up-to-date on all that is happening across the company.
  • Digital Marketing – You will help with the digital marketing efforts including SEO, email marketing and social media.
  • Market Research – When required, you will assist in researching trends, competitor activities and customer needs to help shape marketing strategies.

 

You will be required to travel around the different sites within the group, so a driving licence is essential.
