Marketing Executive
Normanton, £30,000 - £35,000 PermanentPyramid8 are looking for a driven and hands on Marketing Executive to support marketing operations across a diverse portfolio of programmes, commercial activity, events and partnerships. This is a high responsibility role that combines creativity, organisation and operational delivery, working closely with marketing, commercial and operational teams.
You will play a key role in delivering consistent, high quality marketing output, managing partner and supplier activity, and supporting brand development across multiple platforms. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll represent the organisation with professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of marketing and communication strategies that increase awareness and engagement
- Manage marketing related finance, supplier relationships and ensure contractual and legal compliance
- Collaborate with operational and management teams to meet all sponsor, partner and branding obligations
- Create and coordinate marketing collateral including presentations, proposals, partner updates, briefs and copy
- Ensure brand consistency across all programmes, channels and outputs
- Manage marketing suppliers and place orders in a timely manner (e.g. merchandise, apparel, promotional materials)
- Support commercial and partnership teams with contractual fulfilment, including:
- Logo placement
- Social media and content deliverables
- Reporting and performance packs
- Maintain organised marketing asset libraries, documentation and content archives
- Assist with website updates, news articles, announcements and reports
- Support the planning and execution of events, PR activities, sponsor visits and product or programme launches
- Coordinate tours and visits at head office in collaboration with internal teams
- Work closely with marketing, operational, technical and commercial colleagues to deliver accurate, timely output aligned with live activity
