Printer

We’re looking for an experienced Printer to join a fast-paced label printing / FMCG manufacturing operation. This role focuses on producing high-quality printed output to agreed schedules, while maintaining strict standards around quality, safety, and efficiency.

The Role: 

• Deliver print jobs to plan, hitting production schedules every time
• Produce consistently high-quality output to approved copy and specifications
• Operate presses safely and efficiently using the correct materials and equipment
• Meet and exceed productivity and speed targets
• Keep presses and work areas clean, organised, and audit-ready to 5S standards
• Spot, escalate, and resolve quality or production issues quickly
• Complete all system updates and production records accurately
• Work to the highest health, safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental standards
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to reduce waste and cost

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar printing role
• Experience within a fast-moving label printing or FMCG environment
• Background in flexo, gravure, offset, silkscreen, or hot foil printing
• Willing to be trained on an MO4 printer
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
• IT literate
• Strong understanding of health & safety best practice

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a 4-week rotating shift pattern:

• Earlies:
  06:00 – 13:30, Monday to Friday
• Lates:
  13:24 – 21:00, Monday to Thursday
  13:24 – 20:30, Friday
• Nights:
  20:50 – 06:12, Monday to Friday

Rotation:

• 2 weeks alternating between earlies and lates (weekly rotation)
• Followed by 2 weeks of nights
