Process Administrator
South Kirkby, £18,525 - £18,525 PermanentPyramid8 are working with their longstanding client who have been trading for over 24 years within the Design and Print industry. They support large scale chains and multi-site organisations including franchise and corporate groups. They are now looking for a Process Administrator to join their team in South Kirkby.
Your day to day duties will include locating and booking in jobs, taking inbound calls from customers and clients, managing processes and giving great attention to detail when completing daily tasks. You will be working closely with the Production team delegating relevant tasks in a timely manner whilst making sure all jobs are passed on accurately.
To be considered for this role you need to have previous experience working in a customer service role and be confident speaking with the public over the phone. In addition to this you need to have excellent IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Excel.
In return you will receive a salary up to £18,525 working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, 40 hours a week.
