Pyramid8 are working with their longstanding client who have been trading for over 24 years within the Design and Print industry. They support large scale chains and multi-site organisations including franchise and corporate groups. Due to restructure, they are now looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in South Kirkby.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include meeting and greeting visitors, message taking, looking after the front of house area and answering the telephone in a promptly manner, delegating the calls to the relevant individual. In addition to this you will be required to support he MD and OD when needed, provide financial support by matching up PO’s, dealing with invoices and delivery notes, filing job bags in numerical order, and closing down job bags on an inhouse system.

To be considered for this role you must be a well organised individual who is capable to work at a fast pace whilst being confident with completing numerous amounts of different tasks within your working day. You need to be IT literate and strong at using Microsoft Office plus CRM systems. If you are a well presented and hardworking individual who has previous experience in a similar role, we would be keen to speak with you.

In return you will receive an hourly rate of £9.50 per hour. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, 35 hours a week.
