Pyramid8 are working with a leading manufacturer in Hull that is looking for an additional recruitment Co-ordinator to join the growing HR and recruitment team.

The role is based in Hull and is a Hybrid flexible role, but you will need to be able to get to Hull.

We are looking to speak to speak to candidates that have worked within a recruitment role or a high-volume administration role that would like to work within a HR team.

The role will be reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager and working within a team of 4 other Advisors.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and undertake end to end recruitment activities for both weekly paid and salaried employees, including all necessary administration. The Hr Business Partners will provide additional support with salaried roles.
  • Responsible for keeping the company authority to recruit and new employee information system up to date.
  • Draft copy and design adverts which are accurate and relevant and promote the company to attract the best possible candidates.
  • Post adverts on various job boards and social media channels, ensuring the best possible exposure for vacancies both internally and externally.
  • Maintain the recruitment pages on the company website with current vacancies, ensuring the site is kept up to date, removing vacancies once expired.

Utilise social media to gain traffic to vacancies and attract both passive and active candidates. This will include the use of Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram 

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies over specific assignments considering the recruiting Managers requests and needs, media costs and the effectiveness and budget constraints
  • Coordinate the interview/selection process.
  • Support Managers to conduct competency based interviews on a consistent basis throughout the company, ensuring all details are recorded
  • Responsible for ensuring all contracts and relevant welcome packs are issued promptly and administrative tasks are completed and recorded appropriately
  • Responsible for organising the Company Induction sessions, including all necessary administration.
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • To perform other duties as required and directed by line management
  • Maintain suitable and safe levels of housekeeping at all times within the working environment, including all walkway areas / including systems housekeeping
  • Be familiar with, and adhere to, company policies and procedures.
  • Meet your health & safety responsibilities and co-operate with management to achieve a healthy and safe workplace, taking reasonable care of yourself and others.
