Relationship Manager/Account Manager

Pyramid8 are working with their client in South Kirkby who are recruiting for an experienced Print and design Account Manager.

This is very much a relationship management role, looking after a book of business of large corporate client within the hospitality industry.

If you have experience of working with the print industry managing clients, managing orders and growing relationships I would love to speak to you.

The job:

• Work closely with your nominated clients (and colleagues) to deliver a first-class service, taking responsibility for all aspects of their requirements.
• Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes – and follow up enquiries
• Set up and issue detailed works instructions – and follow through all jobs to completion
• Work within SLA’s to ensure the Business meets the contractual obligations to the Client.
• Continually look to exceed Client expectations
• Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role as the Business and Clients develop

To apply for this role you must have:

• You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this
• You will have client facing experience
• You will have a strong working knowledge of the Design & Print processes
• You will be a good problem solver
• You will be IT literate and be able to learn new systems
• You will be an excellent communicator
• You will be service Orientated
• You will be highly organised and precise, thorough, and methodical.
