Pyramid8 are Recruiting for a Family owned, National Business. We are looking to recruit a Sales Admin/Customer service advisor to join their team at their Normanton site.

This role is an opportunity for someone who has experience in customer service and administration, who wants to develop their skills further in a combination of customer facing and back-office role. 

We are looking to speak to candidates that are confident in communicating with customers face to face, have experience in using outlook and who have good administration skills.


The role:

  • Face to Face customer service at trades counter
  • Sales Administration
  • Deal with customers telephone and e-mail correspondence
  • Use the company’s systems to look up customers details and product parts
  • Demonstrate products to customers when required
  • Pre delivery inspection of power products when required
  • Confidently showcase products to customers who approach the trades counter

  • Input data using Excel
