Second Chef / Sous Chef

My client is opening a brand-new venue in Pontefract.  The venue has had huge financial investment to create an upmarket cocktail bar, restaurant and café bar which will offer music nights, these include live pianist and live jazz nights. The vision is for this to be the destination of choice locally and the owner is looking for second chef to join their team.

This role would suit someone early in their career looking for an amazing opportunity to work as a second chef / sous chef, with head chef to develop the menu and food offering.  This offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and is ideal for someone with flair looking to put their stamp and ideas out there.
