My client is a family run business in their 20th year of supplying print merchandise for point of sale, based near Chesterfield on the north east side.  Their client base is across small business to large global brands.  Due to growth they need someone to join their team, contact existing clients and prospects as well as research new contacts who are in the point of sale industry.  This role requires building relationships with marketing managers and understand their remit, end point of sale and timeline of product launch coming up.   Essentially it is to make the appointment for the sales manager to follow up, visit and close the sale.  Commission will be awarded for this.




  • Prospecting for potential new customers, primarily by phone, social media platforms but using other communication channels
  • Researching and creating potential new contacts to introduce print products
  • Supporting the existing team with keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Supporting the sales team with ad hoc duties at busy times


Skills and Experience

Sales experience probably gained in a telemarketing environment

Excellent organisation skills, record keeping diary management to keep in touch with clients and new prospects

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and IT proficiency i.e. MS Office 365 and CRM systems

Excellent communication
