2 Shifts • Part of a 24/7 Team • Community-Based Role

Our client requires another telecare response team and help people live safely and independently at home. They are looking for a compassionate, confident responder to work 15 hours per week across two shifts as part of their 24/7 service.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer and triage telecare calls from the service centre
  • Provide reassurance, advice, and coordinate the right response
  • Attend emergency home visits, including falls, welfare and “no response” calls
  • Use lifting equipment, deliver basic first aid, and work with emergency services
  • Install and troubleshoot telecare equipment
  • Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

What we’re looking for:

  • Calm under pressure and great in urgent situations
  • Empathetic, patient and customer-focused
  • Reliable, flexible and able to work within a rotating 24/7 service
  • Confident working alone and as part of a wider team

An enhanced DBS check is required along with a full manual driving licence
