Warehouse Operative

Pyramid8 is delighted to be supporting a well-established manufacturing company, founded over 70 years ago. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to work at their new set up in Castleford.

Working within a small, friendly team you will be responsible for loading & unloading, picking & packing, and wrapping pallets/stock. In addition to this, you will be responsible for some administration duties such as, ensuring paperwork is completed and readily available and completing paperwork following stock checks and inspections. You will be responsible for completing daily FLT inspections and additional inspections throughout the warehouse, always adhering to Health and Safety Regulations. You will be required to support other departments when required.

This opportunity will be ideal for someone who has previous experience within a warehouse environment, completing similar duties. Having an in-date Counterbalance, Reach or Flexi licence is beneficial.

In return you will receive a salary above minimum wage in line with experience. You will receive a generous benefit package including profit share of up to 4 x salary, a pension scheme which matches contributions up to 9% and service awards made up of monies and gifts. You will get 20 days + bank holidays with an increase each year up to 26 days.
