This role is perfect for someone with strong phone-based sales experience who can confidently speak to SMEs, practice managers, facilities managers, business owners and decision-makers.

You’ll be responsible for following up enquiries, contacting existing customers about renewals, and securing agreements before handing them over to the scheduling team. 90% of calls are renewals and 10% are warm leads of new prospects.
